Our premium yoga mats are 24" wide x 72" tall x 0.25" thick and made from natural rubber with a blended microfiber top surface. The top of the mat has the image printed on it, and the back is solid black with textured dimples for better floor grip.

"My Air" was painted by artist Sheri Jo Posselt from the concept of an oracle card deck conceived by Phil Adamczyk. Sheri Jo and Phil have worked together on making this transformation of cards from an idea to real. Oracle of Ascendance is the name of the deck and it is meant to inspire, motivate and guide individuals to a positive awareness of their spirit within. "My Air" is one of five element cards within a deck of 72 cards in all.
Sheri Jo Posselt is the owner of Sincere Harmony an art and design business, studio and gallery she started in 1998. Sincere Harmony is more just business. It is built from a fairytale and grounded in reality stronger than the roots of a healthy old Oak tree. Sheri Jo founded the recipe for creation and it has three main ingredients,#1.Make #2.
