The Bearly Human Series began when Sheri Jo was asked by a client to paint a large mural of several dancing bears on a 10ft x 16ft wall. Sheri Jo enjoyed painting it and was reminded of fun with family and friends. In the next few years after she was asked to paint more murals and images of these types of entertaining images on walls. The mural work pored in and Sheri Jo started to paint small to scaled illustrations and hired her sister and her niece to help create them life-size. Those Illustrations expanded as the years went by, and soon more animals in clothing and having fun joined the friendly bears.
